A Cancer Fighting Party Menu

One of the groups I am associated with has teamed up with the local area Cancer
Society for their grand opening. It is my pleasure to cater this event for
them.

When I originally started getting this together I was astounded at the variety
of foods that fight cancer. Many of them are actually quite decadent. The
challenge is to feature the foods that fight cancer. The meats were a little
more of a challenge since the only meat with this benefit is Oceanic Salmon.
