One of the groups I am associated with has teamed up with the local area Cancer
Society for their grand opening. It is my pleasure to cater this event for them. When I originally started getting this together I was astounded at the variety of foods that fight cancer. Many of them are actually quite decadent. The challenge is to feature the foods that fight cancer. The meats were a little more of a challenge since the only meat with this benefit is Oceanic Salmon. Food Whisperer, Gourmet, Inspired. Of these things I have been accused, I believe we all should be inspired! I know I inspire others to try new things in the kitchen. Food can, will and does change lives! It should be fun, easy and bring pleasure to our hearts, bodies, and souls. I embrace challenges like; cooking for multiple people with food allergies at once, creating medieval feasts, and cooking for whatever occasion or food inspires me.
