I found a Sandwich Bread that is for Diabetic's.
Ingredients
1/2 c. sesame seeds - ground
1/4 c. soy protein Isolate
1/4 c. soy flour
3 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
Cooking Instructions
You can also make it with 1/4 c. ground flax and 1/4 c. ground un hulled sesame. Mix all together and put into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350*F - 180*C for 20 - 25 minutes
